David co-founded RCI in 1997. As an active member of The Broadway League, he has served on the Board of Governors of The Broadway League as Secretary/Treasurer, Co-Chair of the League Biennial Conference, and as the Co-Chair of the Labor Committee. David has his undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Music from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Dani joined the RCI team in 2019. She has general managed productions including The Heart of Rock & Roll (upcoming), Spamalot, All the Devils Are Here, Shucked, & Juliet, Pictures From Home, Ohio State Murders, The Sound Inside, Chicken & Biscuits, The Great Society, The Minutes and American Buffalo and the 1st National Tour of the Tony Award winning revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! Prior to joining RCI, Dani was at 321 Theatrical Management working on productions including Heidi Schreck’s What The Constitution Means To Me, Wicked, Spongebob Squarepants, Fun Home, War Paint, Fully Committed and Oh, Hello On Broadway and was a General Manager Off Broadway at DR Theatrical Management. She received her M.F.A. from Columbia University’s Theatre Management & Producing Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of Miami. Joe originally joined the RCI team in 2015. At RCI, Joe has general managed productions including Spamalot, Shucked, & Juliet, Pictures From Home, Ohio State Murders, M. Butterfly and Significant Other, the 1st national tours of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Roundabout Theatre Company’s Cabaret and the off-Broadway production of Building the Wall. He also served as Associate General Manager for Anastasia, Amelie, Fiddler on the Roof, China Doll, and Dames at Sea. Prior to RCI, Joe served as a General Manager at Troika Entertainment for the 1st national tours of Sister Act, Evita, Joseph…Dreamcoat, and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Wizard of Oz (also Toronto), as well as Associate General Manager at The Kennedy Center for the pre-Broadway revivals of Ragtime, Follies and Master Class. From 2018-2022, Joe worked at RWS Entertainment Group, initially leading the company’s theatrical ventures division before serving as its Senior Vice President of Production. Previously, Beverly served as General Manager in London on the West End productions of STEPHEN WARD, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Lazarus. Kevin is thrilled to be the most recent addition to the RCI General Management team. His current projects include Jagged Little Pill (1st National Tour), and Farewell My Concubine. Kevin is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Ain’t Too Proud (Broadway), A Christmas Carol (Broadway), and A Soldier’s Play (1st National Tour. Prior to joining RCI, Kevin was at Work Light Productions, as General Manager on the following projects; Ain’t Too Proud (1st National Tour), Jesus Christ Superstar (50th Anniversary-1st National Tour), Something Rotten! (1st & 2nd National Tour), and Motown (2nd National Tour). Kevin took a circuitous route to General Management, first spending many years as a performing artist. He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College, and is a proud father to a wonderful 4 year old boy.

Originally from London, Georgina began her theatrical career producing and managing shows in London, Edinburgh, and on tour around the UK and Eastern Europe. With a growing interest in the US theatre landscape, she moved to New York to pursue an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University. Most recently Georgina worked at RWS Entertainment Group, first in the theatrical ventures and ticketed experiences division and then in production operations for live entertainment in theme parks across the US. She is thrilled to be returning to RCI Theatricals where she previously worked on Children of a Lesser God, Torch Song, American Son and Oklahoma! on Broadway as well as The Heart of Rock & Roll and Jagged Little Pill in development.

Kyle is thrilled to rejoin RCI after her initial tenure from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, she served as the General Manager of the Broadway productions Bob Fosse’s Dancin’ and KPOP at Joey Parnes Productions. Gabrielle is thrilled to join the RCI Theatricals team. Prior to returning to the theater industry, she served as Director of Special Projects for The Myriad Restaurant Group, helping re-open and operate their restaurants after the COVID-19 shutdown. She was previously at Charlotte Wilcox Company where she worked on productions including Beautiful – The Carole King Musical (Broadway, 1st National Tour, West End, UK Tour, Australia), On Your Feet: The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Sunset Boulevard (starring Glen Close), Bandstand, Allegiance and Once Upon a One More Time. She also served as a stage management production assistant on Roundabout’s On the Twentieth Century and Disney’s Newsies First National Tour. Amber Calderón is thrilled to be a part of RCI Theatricals as the General Management Fellow. Amber was a 2050 Artistic Admin Fellow at New York Theatre Workshop for their 2022-2023 season. Directing/Assistant Directing credits include: Sanctuary City at Steppenwolf Theatre, Ginger Bug, Pigeons and 27 Moths, developed with Eden Theatre Company and has collaborated with Nomad Theatrical, Primary Stages ESPA, The Shrill Collective and LAByrinth Theatre Company. In Chicago, she has assisted with casting at Steep Theatre Company in their 2016/17 season and has worked at various talent agencies and casting offices Chicago. Kristine Covillo is a 5x Broadway Performer and Nonprofit Director. She has earned 2 ACCA Awards for Best Ensemble on Broadway and a Chita Rivera Award for Outstanding Ensemble on Broadway. With a BFA from Fordham University and a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, Kristine co-founded and manages a charitable giving foundation called the Covillo Lynch Foundation. She also leads on other performing arts boards in NYC. Kristine is based in NYC with her husband and 2 kids.

Allison Lehman is a multi-hyphenate arts and entertainment professional originally from the DC suburbs in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Prior to joining the team at RCI, Allison worked in a variety of administrative and creative capacities at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Daryl Roth Theatre, WP Theater, The Green Room 42, Vineyard Theatre, Clear Talent Group, Capital Fringe Festival, Traveling Players Ensemble, and Drunk Shakespeare. Sarah is excited to join the team at RCI Theatricals! Her career in Ticketing began Off-Broadway in the box offices of The Daryl Roth Theatres and later the Westside Theatres. In 2013, she made her Broadway box office debut at Circle In The Square Theatre. Following an apprenticeship, she was inducted into Treasurers and Ticket Sellers Union Local 751 (IATSE) in 2016 where she served on the Organizing Committee. As First Assistant Box Office Treasurer, Sarah proudly supported productions including Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, The River, Fun Home, In Transit, Once On This Island, Mike Birbiglia's The New One, King Lear, Girl From The North Country, Freestyle Love Supreme, For Colored Girls, and Kimberly Akimbo.

With a B.S. in Theatre Arts Management from Ithaca College, Olivia most recently supported the American Express Arts & Theater program as an Assistant Account Executive at Momentum Worldwide. She was also a member of the grand opening staff at UBS Arena as a Box Office Associate. She is very happy to be continuing her career in theatre with RCI!

Nyah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Television and Film with a minor in Theatre Arts in May 2023 from the illustrious Howard University. Nyah has a passion for all things theatre, casting, and production! She was selected as a 2023 HBCU in LA Finalist, has interned at DC television station, DCTV, and documentary film company, Black Valley Films where she’s acquired valuable production and administrative skill sets. Nyah is ecstatic to be joining the 2024 RCI Theatricals General Management internship program which culminates her passions and supports her career aspirations to tangibly amplify the colorful and dually complex everyday stories of diverse peoples across the theatre, television, and film spaces.

Charlee Stallings is a recent graduate of Lehman College, CUNY, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Multimedia Performing Arts with a minor in African-American Studies. At ATG Entertainment, Charlee has gained invaluable experience by immersing herself in the complexities of Broadway theatre operations, through interning and supporting the execution of opening the house for performances like Hadestown. Meanwhile, at Playwrights Horizons, she honed her skills in grassroots marketing and student engagement, to enhance the theater’s student membership program. Outside of the theater, Charlee enjoys exploring New York City, always on the lookout for inspiration and new adventures along with playing tennis, writing, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Uchenna Agbu is so happy to be part of the RCI team as the Management Fellow for Our Town. She is a writer and director from Willingboro, NJ, and currently works as a freelance director and arts administrator throughout NJ and NYC. This past May, she graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in theater arts and minors in creative writing and human resource management. During her time at Rutgers, she served two terms as Artistic Director of Cabaret Theatre, overseeing ten full-scale productions in an 8-month season, and also served as Producer her senior year. Most recently, she directed a production of Stephen Sondheim's Company for her senior thesis, earning highest honors. Uchenna is also a proud recipient of the 2024 Cody Renard Richard Scholarship. As an artist, she is constantly learning and looking for new ways to uncover life's meaning and strengthen our understanding of one another. In her free time, she enjoys singing, reading, and watching coming-of-age movies.

Elise is thrilled to be joining the RCI and Hadestown 2nd National Tour teams! She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Company Manager for Holland America Line with RWS Global, where she served for two years. Originally from Warren, PA, Elise is a proud graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts and holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.
